Video Games

We were very lucky this Christmas and Santa decided we had been good boys and girls so he brought us a Wii. We are all enjoying it very much. I think Rebecca plays it more than anyone else which is very surprising since she has almost no video game experience. We have the Mario Kart game and she just loves driving around.
Dan and I enjoy the sports games and usually play some tennis and bowling before bed. As you can see from the picture I posted yesterday, Dan bowled a perfect game yesterday. I just had to take a picture to document the occasion.

My husband got a Wii for Christmas also! I was "super wife" and orchestrated it between his parents and mine (basically so we didn't have to pay for it since I knew he would be buying accessories). Our almost 3-year old loves to "play" and we get a kick out of watching her. He has Carnival Games, so she likes to play those. I just recently got into Guitar Hero and thought it was quite fun. I haven't gotten addicted to any other games, but my husband sure likes his new toy! It's amazing the kinds of things that continue to be created by amazing minds.

My son has been experiencing a little Wii Envy. :) Several of his friends got them for Christmas. Maybe some day. They sure are fun! And if they could guarantee me that Wii Fit would knock of the pounds, I'd be buying one tomorrow! :)

Thank you Heidi ( from Montana who makes awesome chili I am sure and wish my wife would learn from you but she never listens to me and is this rambling on and on??? because I would hate to do that )... I am not a bowler but I did sleep at a holiday inn express last night which explains the high score... Oops...thought I was in a commercial.. By the way..ignore Marghee... she is just mad because her parents have written her back into the will which means she gets all their bills

Maybe she tries to listen to you but you ramble and she has a short attention span?

LOL You need to perfect the cough laugh, Dan, if you're going to read at work. Very helpful.
